Lev Parnas wants to testify, but the White House doesn’t want the public to hear testimony from the man who was able to pull a few stings in Ukraine, so Rudy Giuliani could send messages to President Zelensky. Rudy’s message to Zelensky was play ball with Mr.Trump. and he could meet with the president and get the military aide he needed to fight Russian aggression.

Mr. Parnas is an alleged criminal, so his testimony doesn’t count, according to several reports. But Mr. Parnas has an extraordinary amount of evidence that suggests other members of the administration played roles in the Ukraine affair. Mr. Giuliani hired Lev, and his pal Igor Fruman because he knew they had connections in Ukraine and they weren’t afraid to use those connections to help Rudy Giuliani conducted an investigation. Igor and Lev face campaign finance violations as well as other charges.
