Mike Pence felt left out when Trump got all the attention for making Mexico do what they said they would do back in March. Mr. Pence wanted to help the Trumpster get over the Times article that said he played the public by saying his tariff threat made Mexico kiss his butt.
Mr. Trump told the press, tariffs and the Huawei ban are beautiful things. Mr. Putin claims Trump’s ban of Huawei means the United States wants to start a tech war around the globe. So Mike Pence had to say something Pencely stupid to get some attention. Mike put all his support behind not flying the LGBTQ flag on the same flag post as the American Flag. Pence doesn’t miss an opportunity to discriminate against the LGBTQ community.
Pence also had to pledge his loyalty to all the dumb economic moves the President dangles on his tariff belt. Pence still has his bigoted fingers crossed that Nikki Haley won’t take his job in 2020 since some of Mike’s evangelical friends cut ties with Pence. They believe Mike loves Trump above all else. Pence believes Trump’s tariffs and Huawei ban show the world the president deserves another four years in the White House, according to the New York Times.
President Xi still won’t confirm a G20 meeting with Trump. Trump keeps threatening to include all China exports to the U.S. in his tariff edict if Xi doesn’t make a deal. Xi also wants Trump to lift the Huawei ban. Chinese news reports claim President Xi doesn’t want to talk about a trade deal until Trump stops grandstanding and reduces the tariff percentage instead of expanding tariffs. Plus, Trump must allow Huawei access to U.S. Tech companies. Chinese news reports also say Trump wants to not just ban Huawei. He wants to destroy the company.
China’s economy will take a hit from the tariffs, and U.S. tech companies will take a hit from the Huawei. The U.S. economy already feels the pain Trump imposes on his own people by forcing China to agree to his terms. Mr. Trump wants to claim victory and embarrass the Chinese in the process, according to the Chinese press. Trump said China’s central bank will continue to support China’s economy by manipulating the yuan and injecting more money into the economy.
Mr. Trump continues to bash the Feds for no cutting interest rates to hide what he’s doing to American businesses and consumers. Trump blames the Feds for his economic mess and trade war, according to the New York Times.
