New App Helps Mommies Find Friends

There is a new app that will make it easier for mothers to make friends. Michelle Kennedy is the creator of Bumble and Badoo, which are dating apps. She gave birth to a son a few years ago and found it difficult to find friends who had kids.

Michelle stated that she has a lot of friends, but none of them have kids. She said that people always say that it takes a village to raise a child. However, she has wondered where her village is. That is why she decided to create the Peanut App.

The Peanut App uses the same algorithms that dating apps use. It asks women questions. It also allows women to give and share advice. Michelle stated that the app is not just about being a mom. It is about who the mothers are as women. That is why it asks questions about favorite hobbies and the stages of life that they are in. The women are matched based on their responses to the questions.

The Peanut App does not allow rejection unlike some dating apps. Michelle wants to keep things as positive as possible. You either have the option of waving at the person or choosing maybe later.

It is free to download the Peanut App on Apple or Android. Even though the app is relatively new, it has received rave reviews. “The New York Times” calls it the dating app for the mothers who have missed out on Tinder.

A user name Kristen P stated that she met her best friend thanks to the app. Even though her best friend lives across the street, Kristen feels that they would have never met without the app. Madison H, who is another user, stated that she has been able to connect with some genuine friends thanks to the app.
