All energy account information can be accessed online and customers receive frequent updates on their energy usage. Additionally, customers can renew their energy contracts online for both home and business. Energy Services also offers the Smart 30 Thermostat Plan, which combines the price stability of a fixed rate plan with a complimentary Lyric® thermostat.

Home Services – Through this service, customers can constantly be connected to their smart homes through their smartphones. This is done through Digital Voice Services, which gives customers a reliable, affordable way to stay conveniently connected to their home and home office no matter where they are.

Protective Services – Knowing the importance of protecting its customers, Stream Energy provides its customers with a variety of Protective Services. Stream Visual MD gives customers 24/7 access to U.S. Board Certified doctors through video calling. This set of services also includes roadside assistance, credit monitoring, and identity protection.

Wireless Services – Lastly, customers have the opportunity to access an incredible, all-in-one wireless plan that includes 4G LTE data speeds, a mobile hotspot, Wi-Fi calling, and unlimited talk, text, and data. The Growth of Stream Energy’s Wireless Services
The move for Stream Energy into Wireless Services began in 2015 when the company launched “Mobile Services by Stream (Stream Energy).” At the time, it was the only mobile service provider that allowed its customer to choose from two major networks and to offer coverage under one of the newest CDMA 4G LTE networks in the country. It provided customers with an easy sign-up process that did not require any paperwork or contracts. Additionally, customers could shop the “Mobile by Stream Store,” where they could purchase the latest smartphone technology. The company also launched various apps and tools.
At the time, CEO Mark “Bouncer” Schiro of Stream Energy had this to say about the launch of this exciting new service: “There’s a new player in the mobile market – Stream. Over the past several months, we’ve been in soft launch, listening to our Associates and using their feedback to improve Stream’s mobile experience. Our mobile offering is competitive, technologically advanced, and tailored to each customer’s individual needs.”
Since 2015, Stream Energy has renamed this service “Wireless,” but still offers competitive rates and advanced technologies, as well as an all-in-one package tailored to the needs of Stream Energy customers. There is still no contract or paperwork, which makes the process of signing up simple for customers. The online Stream Wireless Store, which replaced the Mobile by Stream Store, has expanded and now offers a variety of products, including phones, tablets, hotspots, sim cards, and accessories. The online store hosts various brands like Samsung, LG, Alcatel, HTC, and Apple.
